Patrick and Stacy co-founded Oki Doki Pierogi in the fall of 2022. 2 years in the making, what started as a hobby during Covid, has now become a passion project to bring authentic Polish food to the Nashville scene.

Inspired by Patrick's background and the countless family recipes brought over from Poland, Oki Doki takes a creative spin on the traditional staple that are pierogi. Armed with their grandmas dough recipe that has been down from generation to generation, they strive to bring premium quality and fun, new exciting flavors to all the locals! Enjoy y’all!
