Meet the founder, Will!
Will always dreamed of working in the food industry. He attended San Francisco Cooking School to pursue his dreams after working in the corporate world and worked at The Progress, a Michelin stared restaurant in San Francisco followed by Nopa, another staple San Francisco restaurant.
With this experience, Will decided to move back to Nashville and open up Catapano in late 2020. The name comes from his grandmother, Rose Catapano. Will’s mission is to bring family and friends together through the universal love of food and its ability to create community and connection. We are proud to have Catapano Pasta Co on board!
