The Chef John Reed Bakery started in early 2022 with a focus on creating the best possible pastries completely from scratch, while also bringing to the table some pastries and desserts that you cant find here in the US.
As a UK native, he grew up on welsh cakes and proper scones. Chef wanted to bring a little bit of his English roots to his new home here in Nashville. Chef John’s goal is to share his passion, love, and attention to detail through the amazing pastries he’s learned and perfected over the last 20 years as a professional pastry chef!
