Meet the founder, Mark!
As a member of an Egyptian immigrant family, Mark grew up surrounded by the rich flavors and aromas of Middle Eastern cuisine. His family had always been passionate about food, and he spent many happy hours in the kitchen, watching his mother and grandmother prepare traditional dishes and learning the secrets of their recipes.
As Mark pursues his degree in pharmacy, he became increasingly interested in nutrition and the role that food can play in promoting health and wellness. This led him to discover microgreens, nutrient-rich sprouts that are packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. From there, Marks started crafting incredible artisan breads, and then expanded to include falafel and hummus!
