Meet the founder, Jacob!
In college, Jacob was a culinary school student and the executive chef. After various amazing opportunities working in restaurants, Jacob got out of the industry because he was burnt out and wanted to do something different - work for himself and have time for his family.
After endless research, Jacob realized that there was a need for a specialized microgreen grower with various microgreen options. So, Pinky's Micros was born and with the help of some great people, Jacob is providing local people and restaurants incredible microgreens.
