Meet the founder, Andrew!

Growing up in Eldorado, IL, Andrew Clore's grandpa, Dr. Quentin, was passionate about being an optometrist, as well as the fire chief in their town. He was even more so about his family and making sure everyone had what they needed. After growing Carolina Reapers in his new hometown of Nashville in early 2016 and then going through many different versions of the mustard sauce, Andrew finally landed on the recipe that he and the many taste testers across the country thought was best. Spicy food was always a part of his life and he wanted to create a sauce that combined his favorite aspects - spicy, sweet, savory, bold. Andrew and Quentin's Sauces hope everyone gives it a try and makes it a staple in their sauce collection!
